Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the advertisement link buyer (the "Bidder") and WordsAds.com (the "Directory").

The Advertisement Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to advertisement bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

• Advertisement Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by WordsAds.com
• Advertisement Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by Advertisement bids
• Advertisement Links can be removed at any time for violating our Advertisement link policies
• Advertisement Links to illegal or adult-related Web sites are strictly forbidden
• Advertisement Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
• Valid Advertisement link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of WordsAds.com

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advertisement Bids are non-refundable.
• You can remove your Advertisement bid or Advertisement link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your Advertisement link can be removed, however no Advertisement bids will be refunded.
